Nice! I've been thinking about ghost stripes for awhile.

Very cool! Nice job!

Curious tho...... why would you cover your flames with stripes? May be overkill and too busy IMO.

Here are a couple of shots of my red pearl ghost stripes.....as you can see, they really change color depending on the light and angle. They can go from a slightly darker red than the VR, slightly lighter with a tad of gold/orange, or at some angles not visible at all. I've had several people walk by my car at street meets and do a "double-take" at the hood.... then walk around the car at all angles to see the stripes.

Going to lay them on top first, and see if the Pearl "flows out" from under the rally. If not the back stripes will come off, and I will have a set of hood stripes from the factory for sale.

Good idea. If anything, I would have done a reverse rally stripe within the flames letting the IO on the body be the stripe.

Again....nice job! Would love to see it in person as I know it always looks better......

That reminds me of the Corvette from the movie Corvette Summer. Like it, always liked that Corvette too.......some will say too much or gaudy, it is yours though so enjoy.
