Quick question. I tried reading as much as i could in the almight stripe thread, but theres so many pages that i might have missed it. My car is already being shipped. I ordered RJT with silver stripes, but am not liking the combo too much. Would i be able to have my dealer just order a set or cyber grey rally stripes and have it shipped to the dealer, to be put on there?? Thanks for your help guys.

IIRC the silver stripes are dealer installed so you should be able to contact your dealer and tell them to NOT put the stripes on (however, you will still be charged for them unless you dealer wants them for some reason).

I believe the cyber grey rally stripes are factory installed but I'm sure your dealer can get in contact with someone to put them on order.

your dealership should be able to have someone in their parts dept order the CGM stripes. The parts guys can look up the part number to order them. Call them, tell them to not install the silver, and order the CGM.
The dealership may charge you for the additional set, or they may not, since they can keep the silver ones to sell to someone else later. that'll be something you have to talk to them about.

Of course it's up to your dealer, kozzmo49, but he should be willing to swap the silver that come with the car for CGM that his parts department orders for you. Be very nice when you ask and it might pay off for you.
