Stock Throttle Body Porting?

Has anyone ported there stock throttle body to 102mm?
or is that to big to go for the stock TB

or would i be better off buying a new 102mm throttle body?

i just put a supercharger on and i want as little restriction as possible.

I haven't heard of anyone porting a stock TB to 102mm. If you do go to a 102mm TB you will have to port the snout of your supercharger to 102mm as well. I'm not sure how much boost your running but if I recall correctly we made over 10 lbs and better than 650hp to the wheels before we ran out of air and had to switch out the stock TB for a 102mm. That was with a Maggie 2300.

You cant. There is not enough material. The NW is a billet 102 body with the TPS/Acuator from an OEM 90 to drive it. Make sure you have the bore/heads/cam to support it or it wont do you any real good gains....not just the blower itself.
