Shipping Time?
Hey guys, I've talked to chevy customer service via the 1-800 number and my dealer and both have said that my car was shipped (Event Code 4200) on June 6th. I was just wondering for those of you who have your cars and kept track of when you reached each event code, How long did it take for your car to reach the dealer after it was shipped?

It will come here to the Wentzville train yard or to the one in Olathe, KS (I think?)....if your car truly has been shipped then your dealer should have the MSO information.
Politely ask them if they will call the GM Dealer Business Center and get the rail company name and railcar number. Once you have those two pieces of information, you can use the Railcar Shipping Info in one of the "sticky posts" here to track your car. Good luck! |
