Wheels or radio?

So I'm itching for a new mod. I'm torn between getting new wheels (19" super concave gloss black F14s) or a new radio (thinking the new Kenwood model but I'll wait to see the reviews).

Here are my pros and cons that I could think of for each:
Wheel pros:
  • Coming from an LS, the rims really stand out
  • They're super concave
Wheel cons:
  • I won't be able to appreciate it since I'm inside the car and not a bystander looking at it
  • It'll more than likely cost close to $3,000 shipped (the whole shebang)
  • In case of an accident, it'll take a while to get a replacement

Radio pros:
  • I get to enjoy it every time I use the car
  • Price should be a lot cheaper
  • The few passengers that I have will be more intrigued in my radio than the way I drive
Radio cons:
  • So far the Metra kit doesn't appeal to me but the Scosche has too many unfixed problems
  • All the wiring if I choose to do it myself

If you guys could give me some feedback, that'd be great!

The Stereo bro...I have a Scosche kit with the Kenwood....Undates the 10-12s Camaro dash to present...Looks amazing....

Wheels are great too but between the two...I would def go with the Stereo..

Get the radio/nav. I have an alpine ina-w910 with alpine kit. Way more enjoyable than wheels.

I did a quick google search for the F14s on a Camaro. Here are the pics.

And they will be going on my yellow LS.

Ok, those look really good. Personally I would do those over a radio. But it isn't my cash.

You have to get to your car don't you? Everytime you are in your way to your car you'll appreciate the wheels.

Wheels all the way, man. You won't regret it. I love checking out my RS wheels every time I walk to my car.

I went with wheels first only cause I like the look of my Camaro with the TSW Vairano's. The following year, I upgraded the sound system with the Alpine INA-W910 with the Alpine Camaro Dash kit because the stock stereo needed to go. If you can get both, then you won't have to worry about it until you get that "itch" to buy something for your Camaro again.

If I do end up getting the Scosche, where did you get the carbon fiber plastic trim?! I'm starting to like carbon fiber more and more since I've installed my Anvil spoiler.

Wheels make the car. Radio? eehhh i have the factory with xm and cd and it's fine for me. If i still had my LT that was one of my future mods. I actually like the SS factory rims. P-Zero tires? now that's another story.

Those LS wheels are horrible. I'd replace them ASAP.
