Tire Pressure Changing

Has anyone else experience their tire pressure changing.... I mean I can start out with 29psi showing on the monitor, Then after 15mins of driving they are at 34psi... I'm a little worry about filling them up to 36psi as recommended.. Any insight would be great.....

air expands based on temperature. its normal. if you don't want to deal with it, change to nitrogen

Check when cold and adjust accordingly.

EDIT: The max pressure is about 50 PSI. If you fill to 36 when the tire is cold you'll have no problems.

I changed to nitrogen, the pressures are consistent and I am not constantly in to have more air put in. The nitrogen does not seem to leach out like air does.

It IS normal for your tire pressure to increase as they warm up, the correct tire pressure is 36 PSI COLD, they will usually climb to about 39 PSI after driving a while. Nitrogen is more stable but it will also change a bit with temperature changes
