Trade my 2010 Steering Wheel for a 2012/13 Steering Wheel

Hey Guys,
I was wondering if anyone would be interested in trading their 2012-13 steering wheel for my 2010 steering wheel. My car only has 25,000 miles on it and is still in very very good shape. (Practically new still lol).

We would trade the whole assembly with airbag and all.

My car is a 2010 1SS/RS manual and would love to trade for another manual SS wheel.

It could be a SS wheel, ZL1 wheel, or 1LE doesnt matter to me. LMK- PM me

Thanks guys,
Sam

If you want another wheel. You might want to look at the grant steering wheel. Plus I don't think you can swap out for those steering wheel. Considering that the our model year had the hydraulic steering wheel, and theirs are electric.

You can actually swap the OEM steering wheels, it's basically plug and play.

yea i heard it was just a plain swap, plus the steering has nothing to do with the hydraulic or electric.

That's all in the power steering mechanism

It's probably not that people accept the 2012/13 wheel. It's just that there's probably not much interest in tearing apart their "new" car for a yesteryear part is all. Even if the 2010/11 steering wheel is cooler in appearance.

Don't think I'm crazy but;

When I set my mind on a SS Convertible, my dealer let me drive 8 different Camaro's, 5-2012's and 3 left over new 2011's. I loved the steering wheel design,comfort and ergonomics of the 2011 Steering Wheel and bought the 2011 for one of those reasons. I didn't want a steering wheel (2012-13) that every Chevy model from the Aveio to the Malibu had. Some people like the new steering wheel but I'll keep my 2011 original one.

I thought the airbags were interchangeable. Maybe not?
