Workbench End Date - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I don't know if anything on this has ever been posted but I just noticed something very interesting on my workbench event history. The "effective date" is the date that your car moves to the next event. There is also a column called "end date". I had a event code 2051 on 5/12 which I know is the day I received my allocation. The end date for that event was 6/11. My car was produced and went to 3800 on 6/10. Now I don't know if its the same on everyones event history but way back then it showed within 1 day my actual production date!

Ill try and attach a copy of this so you guys can see what I mean. If this holds true you may be able to know your production date early in the process!

where do you get this work bench history? I've been wondering how people are tracking their cars and I'd like to do it myself without having to call my dealer every week!!

Unfortunately your dealer is the only place you can get a detailed workbench history like that. Most people on here have used the kindness offered by some dealers on the forum to check their current status. They can only check what the cars current status is though. Search some threads and see what dealers on the forum might be willing to help you out.
