Weird HUD Issue Left/Right Alignment?
OK, i'll preface this with "This is probably just me sitting differently" - but . . . I swear when I get in my car sometimes, the HUD display appears to be too far to the right, so if I move my head a little to the right, it starts clipping off the RHS of the display. Sometimes I get in, and it appears that its further to the left. My seat doesn't move, but i know when you get in the car, i could be positioned differently . . . There is no adjustment (that I know of) that will move it left/right, only up and down.
Anyone else had a problem (like the hardware is loose somehow and moves)? I also am hesitant in getting it checked, the only way I see of someone checking it is removing the dash - which regardless of how good they are, will probabaly cause rattles or other issues. Thanks Paul

I know sometimes if I've got my wallet in my suit jacket the HUD appears differently - I figure it's just cuz I'm not sitting on my wallet

I am always jacking with the mirror in mine because I know I get in and sit just slightly different each time. This does throw off my visibility with the HUD, and I have to readjust the way I am sitting.
Same thing...right side because I tend to lean toward the shifter. |

Yeah same here, i tend to lean towards the center armrest and so ever since I installed HUD I kinda have had I readjust the way I sit because if I lean too far one way the HUD is slightly cut off.
