Question Is the fix a part I can buy ?

Or do I need to take it to a body shop for a new fender?

That's a bad crease in it. I suppose anything can be fixed but probably easier to put a new fender on it and have it painted.

Probably needs replacing, or removed to fix right for sure.

If you want to do it for yourself, call your trusted local body shop or a chevy body shop have thwm order fender paint it, and you put it on yourself.

Ouch.......looks like from the pic you may have to do something with the front bumper cover too.....
I am sure you can order the parts and fix it, if you are mechanically inclined, but it definitely wouldn't be me....that bad boy would be in the body shop.

looks like you got lucky, and only need a new fender.

You can replace it yourself, just have a shop paint it.

Yeah, maybe nipped the back part of the bumper, pointing towards the rim. Only an inch, but that could be the glare of the photo. Doesnt look like it will just pop out, like someone said, a nasty crease. :O

Thanks for the input. My concern was the fender replacement might require welding. If not I'm pretty confident I can install a new one.

As to Silverhawk's comment about the front end: yes the corner does appear to be lifted up slightly. My hope is to fix it when I put the new fender on. However, a new front end is on my mod list.

Does anyone have a link for fender removal/install instructions?

Thanks in advance!

I literally yelled Oh My God Oww. Looks like a new fender is needed with that much creasing.

honestly, I'd let the body shop handle it. the prepping and painting is the expensive part, not the putting it on. your not going to save yourself much putting it back on. besides, it looks like you have some damage to your bumper too.

Don't even bother trying to repair that fender not worth it imo. From the pictures you got lucky and don't need much else but won't know until you remove it.
