Question about the Zl1 rear bumper!

Thinking of doing the quad exhaust on 13 SS like the ZL1 has. My question is do I have to replace the whole rear bumper cover or just the lower valance where the exhaust tips come out?

If you want the ZL1 diffuser, then yes, I'd replace the bumper too...only because the diffuser has tabs on the sides that slide into the bumper....

To do it correctly,
I bought the ZL1 bumper, diffuser, absorber and Ofer's back up camera w/ zl1 camera...

Also purchased the 3' ZL1 Corsa cat back exhaust...

You can just buy the diffuser, but there is some cutting you will have to do. It's not a direct bolt on like Ofer's (Gen5DIY) or the 1LE diffuser.

heck out my DIY thread. I used my 2010 bumper and absorber, but still installed the diffuser 100% OEM.

I detail all of the cuts you have to make in the thread:

I'd just get that quad exhaust diffuser like that Balck car has.
