placed my order yesterday.. Im part the Brotherhood!
went to a dealership in east providence, RI yesterday. placed my order for my black on black 2ss/rs with ground effects.
not to sound cheezy or anything but as im walking out the door i started thinking about all of you good people, to those driving, to those still in wait, for 2 long years i have come to this site, this forum. learning every thing i could. looking at polls, reading opinions, looking at pics. its because of all of you. yes ALL OF YOU i am able to have the knowledge, i am able to walk in and place my order and because of all of you i am going to have the car of my dreams!. i feel like im part of a secret society of people across this country driving a sweet amazing ride. ill see you on the road. thanks Eddie |

Welcome! I ordered 10 days ago! Feels like months! I suggest you find a way to constantly measure yourself progressing from day to day or time will STAND STILL. Good luck buddy, we're here for you.

Eddie, that's cool, and I think your patience will pay you dividends... it's kinda like driving home an hour after rush hour traffic.... you miss the agony, and it leaves you to wonder what the big deal was.... but since you've been reading here for that long, you've known first hand the anguish of the R6P folks..... You'll probably have your car by Labor Day!
I ordered 11/3/08, took delivery 5/23/09. I was lucky! I am considering ordering a white 2LT/RS now. I'll leave the 2SS/RS beast with my 21 yr old son. |

Welcome me son ... this is definately a brotherhood.
Like yourself, I will be upgrading from a Civic as well. Definately gonna be quite the change though the Civic may stick around for a winter vehicle. |

Hey Congratulations! My order just hit event code 3000! WOOT! Man, you gonna love it! Just took the dealerships Silver Ice Metallic V6 for a ride, it was AMAZING! Mine will be silver too, but with a grey interior and a V8. This will be a REAL step up in transportation! As was said earlier, the waiting is the hardest part! Congratulations on your new purchase, and great taste as well!
