So while I was at school, some one backed up into my car and caused some scratches on the bumper, i wouldn't say the color came off, maybe the clear? I need help, should i try to fix myself or take it to a pro? Heres a couple of bad iphone pictures, plus it raining so even worse.

Hard to tell if just paint transfer or if down to your primer. My guess is paint transfer. If so, wash, Clay, polish, seal and wax and you should be good to go. Better pic's would help and make sure the car is dry

If you can feel your nail catch on the damaged portion then your clear has probably been damaged... You may want to have a body shop look at it if so.
