Got pulled over today
Sheriffs deputy pulled me over today. Lights siren all nine yards. l pulled into an autozone parking lot with him on my tail. He pulled up beside me and said l just have to look at ur car most awesome he had ever seen. l said sure, he asked me not to tell his boss l said of course not. Car gets lotsa attention. lmao
 ss/rs abm silver stripes.

Honestly, I think I would be pissed. It's an abuse of power. I'd probably be writing down his badge number and reporting his ass. What if you're late for something? What right does he have to do that? If he wants to look at your car he can follow you til you stop somewhere or pull up beside you and ask you to pull over like any other person.
Maybe this will change once I get my car... |

I had one pull over and get out, so I gave him the tour and specs. Then he radioed his buddy to come down and check it out. I figure maybe it will help in the future. They also said they won't pull me over for having my front plate in the windshield.

Yup it's a good thing. Just remember they are people too and if they are willing to take a nugget for you or yours then it's ok to take a moment to let them look at the car.
If it's "omg my wife is having a baby" you could probably get high speed escort lol.

yup that is messed up,
 I think my neighbors think i beat my wife or somethin cuz last month 4 patrol cars stopped at my house to chit chat and check out the car. It was a cool site.

Depends on the size of the town, Id say.
If he's one of 4 sherrifs, I would 'Expect' a verbal warning on any speeding infractions for the life of the car.

It may be called an abuse of power, but I would rather be pulled over for them to look at the car than be issued a ticket. How many of us are at work on this sight without our bosses knowing, hopfully no one reports us, lol.
