Operating Temperature

I dont know if anyone else looks at the digital gauge while driving, but mine never seems to break 180. The only time it does is when Im driving hard on it, and then it comes right back down after. The analog gauge also stays between quarter and half. Does anyone know what the thermostat is rated at? Or if your car does the same? Any help is appreciated!

Are you talking coolant temp? If so that seems a bit weird. My 10' V6 Auto goes up to 210F and stays there. The T-Stat could have been changed though. If you're not talking coolant temp, it's normal.

ours stays very cold also around 170-180 durring normal driving, out at autocross i've seen it spike up around 220-230 before the fan comes on a drops it fast but i've tought that it would be nice to either have a manual switch for the fan or change the temps when the fan kicks on with a tune, it just seems to get to hot before the fan kicks on some times

180 or so with normal driving. Will go up to 200+ idling, A/C on or not. Manual tranny runs about the same as the coolant, 180, once throughly warmed up.
