21" machine Aluminum Wheel with Black accents GM

The title says it all. I was looking through the Camaro book and saw somenice 21" on the accessories page.

I don't know how much they cost. Does anyone know this information or where I can find it?

Also, what are the pros and cons about getting this rim sized. I bought the 1LT - because I was going to put winters on my 18 and then do an aftermarket 20 or 21. I don't want to go to hight - b/c i'm afraid of too much wear and tear on the suspension..

What do you guys think. BTW: I'm a total noob when it comes to wheels.

Those wheels/tires cost over $4,000 from GM. They weight more than your stock 18" wheels, but I'm assuming you're not looking to set any records down the track so I wouldn't worry about it. They will not add any additional wear/tear to your suspension. The ride will be noticably firmer, since there is less tire to absorb impacts. Overall diameter will be the same, so your speedo will still be correct. I think they're very good looking wheels, but I think you can find some 21" wheels with a style you like for much cheaper.

don't do it, the 21 tires are like 600.00 a piece. Stick with 20's but if you must go bigger go strait to 22 although I wouldn't recommend it. 21 is just an odd number and there really arn't many tires to choose from when they need to be replaced.
