When does 36k warranty lapse?

When does the power train warranty run out? Is it when your car turns 36k or 36k + the miles the car had on the odometer when purchased new?

Mine had 14 miles as stated on the paperwork. I'm taking it in Monday for for a couple of minor things. Just a slight steering wheel vibration during slow turning and my driver door doesn't always know its closed. If I want to take it golfing tomorrow I will need a few miles over 36k to get it to the dealer Monday.

I feel like Kramer on a test drive.

Golf in something else tomorrow (if you have the ability), I would not chance it if I could help it.
Good Luck

Usually it's 36k and you are done. If your dealers is good they should still work with you but don't take my word for it, I hate dealers for a reason.

3 years / 36,000 miles is the length of the bumper to bumper warranty.

5 years / 100,000 miles is the length of the powertrain warranty.

This from the production / in-service date of the vehicle.

You are correct is 36k miles plus whatever is written on your bill of sale. Mine had 13 miles so mine would run out at 36,013 miles

My mistake. I'm asking about bumper to bumper warranty. I believe my power train warranty was 100k but the few things I need fixed would be under the bumper to bumper. Could have sworn I heard it was 36k from the mileage at purchase, not just 36k on the odometer.

It is 36000 plus mileage on your contract.

Correct, powertrain is 5 yrs or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first.
