Crooked Dealer Munday Chevrolet Houston Texas

Guys I'd stay away from Munday Chevrolet!!! After calling & talking to what had to be two of the worst salesmen I've ever talked to I finally find out that the prices they advertise & say "your price" on their website is actually not the price they will honor when you try to purchase the car from them. For hours I was led to believe that the 1SS car would be there Sat-Mon & we could purchase it no problem. At the last minute the sales men Carlos threw out the fact that they will not honor their advertised price & infact wated $3,000 over sticker. Not only that he insisted that the sticker was $33,700 instead of $33,000 which was on their website & confirmed by GM's sticker generator.

Unfortunately I'm still looking for a automatic car guys, but hopefully I'll find one today. I probably could have found one already if I'd have known all day that those guys were crooks.

I talked to the manager about it also, but he didn't seem to care much about their illegal actions & didn't feel they were obligated to honor any advertised prices... LOL

Just a warning guys... I'm sure we'll find another car & hopefully nobody will fall for these guys tricks...

If you have some free time here's the stealerships message page. Never hurts to let them know that more than one person knows they're crooks.

Yeah I was going to order/buy from them too until I heard RSm1thX's (i think thats his name) story about how they screwed him on his order last minute. If you want a GREAT dealer in the Houston area go to Classic Chevrolet in Sugarland. I have heard NO horror story about that dealer and infact Joe from their dealer is a regular on here. They are strictly MSRP.

Report them to the state consumer protection agency if they are engaged in false advertising; the state deal with those jackasses.
