car finally here #9101885

picked it up from bob bell chevy friday afternoon, after waiting a very long time. and against my better judgement and advice from guys on here. i let dealer clean car.( my buddy is the salesman and has been there for over 10 years) his guy done a great job. make it into a show piece. so i guess it is all about who does the job at the dealership. however i do seem to agree with some threads here. i am not impressed with the power. something must be wrong. my car number is #1885 and has been built for over 3 months. i am going to drive for a bit and see if anything changes. if not its going back to dealer to get checked.on another note , i bought the factory car cover. $360.00 i believe. didnt seem all that heavy duty. but it is holding up with this nasty rain we are getting in baltimore. it is repelling the water great. so i now think it was a great investment. i had a wolf cover for my jaguar, and it did not do as well as the factory camaro cover is doing. i will post pics when the weather allows. thank you all jeff if anyone hears anything about the power. please drop me a line.

Man... you're 1885 and I'm 9480 and I'll be picking mine up on monday... how effed up is that?... I was #3 in line of pre-orders there, guessing you were # 1 or 2?

and really a guy that was way behind me got his laast week before me.....very fffffd up. but you know what. its all good now that mine is in my driveway. congrats and good luck with yours jeff

Is yours an automatic? I know I was #2 at my dealer, mine was a manual, and #1 was automatic. My order was the first to be delivered to my dealer, and I believe that 2 more have come in before the #1 order and it was because he had ordered an automatic.

Man, with those nice cars, you need a garage and not car covers. The weather has been brutal here in Maryland for quite awhile. I picked up my car June 1st and still only have 400 miles on it. Atleast this week is going to be good.
