Getting lowered...SPi style!!
Been talking to Alain at SPi the last couple of days, and finally ordered up a lowering kit for my '10 2SS.
Powder coating the wheels black while I'm at it too! Gonna get it installed the first week of May. Can't wait, but in the meantime post up some pics of your lowered ride (Black preferably! Ha!) so I can see what to expect! Thanks folks! |

Welcome to the SPI club.
You should think of doing the sway bars at the same time. You will notice a great difference. What kit did you purchase?  |

I'm in the early stages.
All I've confirmed is that I'm dropping it, and we're using an Eibach kit. I'll talk to Alain about the sway bars too! Thanks Dingo! |

Ok, so educate me guys...what's the advantage of the sway bars?
I'm not going to be going on the track, I just want her dropped the way she should have come from the factory. They look so much better with the drop. |

The sway bars will make the car handle and corner as you've said "the way she should have come from the factory". A very noticeable and positive improvement to the car. Worth every penny.

Nice Yonex!! The 22's set it off real good! Baby steps for me...I'm gonna powdercoat the stockers and maybe go for bigger wheels later. |
