Lemay's museum? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

The Columbia river camaro club is going to attend the Lemay's museum April 13th at 1:00 if anyone want to meet up there? We get special parking up front.

To All:

Here is the plan:

Saturday April 13th between 8:30am-9:00am we will be meet to caravan together up to the LeMay Museum.

We will be getting together in Washington at the Gee Creek Safty Rest Area which is Exit 11 off
I-5 just north of the I-5/I-205 interchange. It is the exit after the Clark County Event Center.
There are rest rooms and greenways to enjoy.

We will be leaving promptly at 9:15am to start up to Tacoma and the LeMay Museum.

The route will take a little longer as we will be taking a detour off I-5 to enjoy the scenery. The route will be:
From the Gee Creek Rest Area, north on I-5 to Exit 81, Centralia. We will exit to take and follow WA-507 to Tenino.
This is about an hour and a half drive. There is a small park in Tenino that we will stop at to
stretch our legs and use the restrooms. The park is on the south part of town. We will stay here 20-30 minutes.

We will then leave Tenino follow WA-507 to Yelm, turn onto WA-510 following this up to I-5.
We will then get back onto I-5 and go North to Tacoma. The exiting off I-5 is different, but we will
be following the Tacoma Dome exits. The LeMay Museum is at 2702 E D St Tacoma, WA 98421.
We will be parking in the Front Event area parking, not the general parking.
This means that parking is free to the club.

What to bring with you: $10 cash for each person that will be going thru the museum.
I will collect this at the rest area or at the parking lot at the museum. I will then go buy the tickets.

I'm going to try to make it. Won't be touring the museum this time around as well. Just looking forward to meeting some new folks from down South.

Gary, after what happen last weekend I need to start looking forward to things, instead of dealing with what I still have to deal with before this weekend. SO HUSH & come enjoy things with us its only $10 lol
