Pedders Rear Xa Coilovers
I need to lower my rear about 15 mm. How much should I lower the rear coilover to achieve that? Hopefully someone from Pedders can chime in!
I spun the bottom piece up 2 full spins and it only lowered it 5 mm?

I would say 4 more spins then.
![]() Lowering with coilovers is all about adjust, check, adjust, check, until you are at the height you need. There is no set amount of "spins". T.

The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same. Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different. |

There should be a set amount of "spins". For instance, 1 thread (1 mm) on the coilover equals 1 mm of drop for the front. However, I know that the rear has a different ratio, which I'm trying to figure out.

Just move the colloar or locking nuts down 15mm and you should be close.

However far you move the lock rings, should translate to roughly the same change in ride height. But as T-bone said, it is a process of adjust, check, readjust check until you get her dialed in. Feel free to call, PM or email me anytime with questions.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll take a day out to do that. Is it possible that the bushings are holding it up? The bushings where the camber bolt holds the LCA on.
