Custom or Embossed headliner
Has anyone tackled a project like this?
Either wrapped their stock headliner in a different fabric or re-foamed the headliner with an embossed logo or design? Any problems with the side-curtain airbag? Thinking of something like this guy did with his C6 'vette: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c6-c...xtreme-23.html Possibly with the chevy logo or something.

Looks cool, but seems like a lot of work just for that IMO. Something stitched might look cool

That would be pretty awesome! My dad has a 1940 Ford and he has the old V8 symbol done like this in the trunk. I will try to remember to take some pics when I go over there next. It's pretty neat.

A couple vendors have redone the headliner in suede. Don't remember which ones though.
