Need help with Sub box

So I'm ready to do my first my mod to my camaro and I'm going to add 2 12" hypnotics dvc subs and I have gone to my local car audio shop to search for a box and I couldn't find one that could fit through the trunk opening and I asked in another local audio shop and they said I could not fit two 12's in my camaro. I just want to know what other alternative I have for boxes.

HAHAHA I still have a box in my garage I bought that didn't fit my 2 12's in my trunk. I started a thread about a different custom fit box I found. I'll get a link and post it on here. The most popular option however is a ******** box.

You won't regret it. Pick up a bag of poyfil at walmart. Helps deepen the bass a little bit.

I will, also how loud does it get with this box I wanted a ported box but I guess that's out of the picture.

It gets loud enough for me. I have never turned it up all the way honestly. That probably depends more on your speakers and amp.. You could still get 2 ported boxes. They make some shallow boxes for trunks that would fit. You might need some shallow mount subs though.

I bought two of these from fry's (non ported) and got one in the trunk after much struggling. Then the other wouldn't fit. They are also too tall. They wouldn't make it under the rear speakers so you have ZERO trunk room left. I turned around and returned them 45 seconds after I bought them. I am proud to say I did not buy this car for it's trunk space.

I'll give the box you have a try, I have a sealed box in my 01 silverado and don't get me wrong I like the sound and volume i get from it but It's lacking power in my IMO, but it could be the fact that those speakers are single voice coil as opposed to my new hypnotics which are dual voice coil and they are 2000 watts each

This is what you need if you want ported: http://********.com/product_info.php...roducts_id=442
If you like loud, then a sealed box isn't going to make you happy.
