Posted something a couple of weeks ago, was asked to send some info, never heard a word back... Is he real or just a myth?

I've been dealing with Reggie over the last couple of days in regards to my issues:

He's called me a couple of times, so he does exist, and I last heard from him the night before last, telling me I would be contacted by a District Specialist. However, I have not been called by the DS. It's been 2 days now.
