What kind of covers do you have for your cars?
My buddy just bought a ZL1 so I'm trying to help him find a cover. I assume the normal SS cover won't fit on a ZL1 because of the lower chin spoiler. Where do you guys find your covers?

I have the Statin Stretch cover by Cover king. It fits my car perfect and i have the Rideskinz Aggressor bumper which is 2 inches lower than the stock SS bumper. So in therory you should have no issues with buying an SS cover.
![]() Oh and if you choose Cover King, Buy through someplace other than their actually website. I got mine from Cover King on Amazon for half the price they were selling it on their own website.

Daily Driver, and the weather lets me drive it year round, so don't have one. It's like this I bet, some might be jealous I can drive it year round, where as I'm jealous if someone can keep there's in the garage during bad weather

Covercraft makes car covers to specifically fit the gen5 Camaro coupe (with 2 pockets for the side mirrors + a pocket for the shark fin antenna) in several materials. They can be purchased through many different distributors. Prices from these distributors vary and the cover will be the same regardless of from whom it is purchased, so choose a distributor based on low price. (I have found California Car Cover to be higher in price - maybe because it costs a lot to publish their glossy color catalog?)
The Covercraft pattern number specific to the gen5 Camaro coupe is C16873. Any suffix after that pattern number refers to the type of material used and the color (some of the materials are available in more than one color). The Covercraft pattern specific to the gen5 Camaro convertible is C17414. Here are some of the materials and colors available for the gen5 Camaro coupe: C16873HG is an expensive exterior cover from Weathershield HD material C16873D1 is an expensive exterior cover (in blue) good in extreme sunlight C16873NH is a good exterior cover (in gray) from Noah material C16873TK is a good exterior cover (in tan) from Evolution material C16873TS is a good interior cover (in taupe) called Dustop (for indoors only) |

I got this for my SS originally, but now use it for my ZED. It is a tighter fit due to
the chin spoiler/splitter, but that is a bit of a plus, I think. http://www.amazon.com/Coverking-Cust...bric%2C+Silver Since I have to store it outside, I also use an inexpensive sacrificial cover from Wallyworld to protect the good cover and keep dirt and Bird Droppings off it. So, 2 layer protection. |
