Question Brake dust shields

Anybody looked into these for the 20" SS rims yet ?
Does anyone have them available ?
What are your thoughts on how they effect brake cooling ?

They are not worth it because of the very issue you point out. The brakes need air to be cooled and these shields by their design change the air flow over the rotors. Brake dust is a pain but it is just the by product of good and effective brakes.
