2013 Camaro ZL1 Experiences

I bought my ZL1 5 weeks ago. My dealership has replaced the back tires, radiator, passenger seat (still needs done), the usb doesn't work, and now the u joint or transmission feels really loose like a truck with 100K mile on it. I have 2000 miles on the ZL1 now and it seems to be issue after issue.

I have requested GM replace the car due to the above mentioned, and I am sure it will be a fight, but I wanted to get the thoughts of everyone before I sink my teeth in!

My dealership has been ok but really stalling the seat and kind of act like it's not a big deal I just spent over $60K and the car has all the issues. I forgot to mention the heads up display goes out and the radio/ navigation has a glitch, but what do you think about this?

Dang!! That's a heck of a lot of problems with such a new car!! I'd be leaning on the replacement too if I were in your shoes... I'd be fit to be tied if I'd had that many issue with any car, and even moreso an expensive ZL1...

When I took it in to replace the tires I let them know about the heads up display and they took it on a 30 mile road test. I asked the dealership to show me the tires they replaced but they avoided the situation. 30 mile road test makes no scenes but they knew the tires were going to be replaced and this was before the lose feeling in the transmission or u joint that I get when I drive it. I know I am being a little protective and I am not a certified mechanic but seems like a joyride that someone had a lot of fun with?! Why do you think they wouldn't show me the tires and now I am having more issues?

There was a YouTube post that shows a Camaro and hidden camera that I watched so it really makes me wonder.

That's way to many issues with a brand new car. Hope you get all resolved but any additional issues and I'd want a replacement also. Good luck.

30 mile road test seems a little much for HUD

Oh no!

I'm truly sorry for what you have experienced MKNZ. I would like to look into this situation further. Please message me the following information:

-Full name
-Address
-Phone number
-VIN
-Actual mileage

And let me know what dealership you've been involved with during this process.

I think the biggest problem is the fact you own one but don't know how to spell Camaro ...

Damn, beat me to it. I was going to say I've seen similar problems with Cameros.....I think they're made in China.

To the OP, I hope this gets resolved by Chevy Customer Service. These can be frustrated. One day I'll post my Cadillac experience.......

You may be on to something there, but I must admit, there are an awful lot of posts on here with absolutely atrocious spelling....many appear to be "hooked on phonics". God I hope I spelled atrocious right......

I believe you are now legally obligated to sell the car to someone who can at least spell the damn name correctly.
