How many G's should a stock SS pull at launch?

Got into this discussion in another thread I started about my weekend road trip, and realized i was highjacking my own thread, so i thought I'd start another in the correct area of the forum.

My car is a 2011 bone stock, L99, convertible with 11,000 miles on it.

Here she is at the track the other night.

Anyway, I've been practicing launch off the track, and trying to use the BMW M Meter to measure G-force, lateral G's, and 0-60 speed, thinking the higher the G-force the harder the launch. Best I've seen so far, is .6-.7 G, and 0-60 at 5.2 seconds. I've done the fuse pull, and did see an increase in nearly 5mpg on the highway to 23, and .5 second reduction in 0-60, down from 5.7, assuming launch at 1100 RPM.

My question is: what should a stock SS car pull, G-force wise??

Here's a G-force graph for the 98 mph run the other night showing only pulling .6 G at launch. This is the only time I remembered to turn it on. Keep in mind, this app kicks in at movement, so I started its recording just before staging, so the 0-30, 50, and 60 are off spec accordingly. The car runs consistent 5.2 0-60 times.

Here's lateral G's. Car looks pretty stable on this chart.

And, speed.
