Dealer delivery tracking
Customer Service said that my dealership could call and get the exact location of my car in transit. Is this true? Has anyone else's salesman done this for them? I have asked my guy to do this for me and he just keeps saying that my car should be here the week of July 6. He is only basing this off the "assumed" day it was shipped. I have had so many problems with this dealership. They told me my car was at 3400 and so I called CS to find out that it was already produced and in transit! I just want to know where my car is, if possible. Please help!
