Well I ordered october 13th. Was told the car would ship on the 25th of june. Yesterday - found out that on the 25th they put my car on hold for qc and don't know when i will get it. Now I am ordering from a small town. I called another small town that is close to where I ordered (so close that the same delivery trucks goes to both towns the same day). They said they never had any camaros yet. Well yesterday a guy at work told me he had ordered after me in october and his car has been sitting at the dealer for a month waiting on ground fx. The same dealer that said they didn't have one for me to look at. And a dealer in another small town near by also has a camaro. And it also gets same delivery truck. And I ordered before either of those guys and yet mine gets pulled for qc the day it should ship.and apparently the day it should ship is a month late! I am getting so impatient and tired of this. The one dealer told me they wouldn't have one for 6 to 8 weeks and yet I saw pictures of buddys car there waiting for ground fx for the last month! Wtf is going on. My luck is the worst I will never get this car. To good to be true. P.s. I was first on the list at my dealer aswell. And just a question, are they stil putting stripes on at the factory?

Wow, This happened to me to and i felt like you do now, But don't give up in time your car will get to you, And at that time you will forget all of this and have a lot of fun with your new car, And yes the factory dos put on some of the stripes.

Do you want GM to ship you a car that doesn't work? Extended QC checks are part of the process for alot of the cars. You should feel lucky that yours was picked, since they go over them with a fine-tooth comb and will fix anything found, and look for known past issues.

Don't worry about someone else's car. There have been cars delivered with VINs' in the 10,000 range before some in the 1,000 range.

Yup im mad now, car is still on hold and another camaro came in to a near by dealer ship. wow.

i'd back out and vow to never again buy a GM vehicle because they have failed. DAMN U GM!!!!!!!!!!

all will be ok. the quality holds are very short now, not months......

I hope its not much longer. I called a 1-800 line and got them to track order. Said as of yesterday it is still on hold and said call back in a couple WEEKS to see if it has moved. It has been on hold since june 25th. I better get it in july or I will be even more furious.
