I saw the video in the post above ^^ Is that for 1LE's and ZL1's as well? I mean is'nt there a different way to remove those than the SS?

I got mine from EPCO. They come in whatever color you want.

Warning!!!! The 2013 shift lever/knob is way different than the 2012 and older. I put an Epco knob on mine, but it was a royal pain. The knob doesn't pull off, it has a set screw, and to access it you have to get the boot off which is connected to the knob. There's a post with pics on it from a guy who broke the little pins on the boot which hold it to the knob. Also, the shift lever has a flat spot on it which complicates the knob install. If you don't care about the knob and boot coming together, just get the Epco knob (they have some really great ones), and attach it with the set screws. But if you want the knob and boot to be together, it's a real pia. If you're into that, let me know and I can give you info on what I did. By the way, I'm real pleased with how mine turned out, but it was a pain.

So the EPCO shifters need this part if ordering for the ZL1 or 1LE:

NON-THREADED
• EPCO Universal Master has a 5/8" i.d.
• Can be used with both threaded or non-threaded shifters
• Includes adapters to fit 9/16", 1/2", and 3/8" shaft

Universal Master w/ UN-2 kit - add $7.00 to cost of knob

It took me forever trying to pull the dang knob off until I realized there was a set screw under the chrome trim at the top of the boot...
