Black rallys with red pinstripe?
I have a SIM 2LT/RS that is on the truck and being delivered today, and it is going in for stripes next week while I'm on vacation. I am trying to find a pic of a car with rally stripes that are black (wider stripes) with red pinstripes
I have searched here and on google and can't find an image for this combination, but a friend seems to recall it being used on the Z28 years ago. If anyone has this combo, or has a picture of it, I'd love to see it before my car goes in so I can decide if I like it or just want to stay with all black rally stripes. Thanks! |

It's very unusual, but I think it looks good. I plan on doing the same when I get a 5th gen, but the colors might be different depending on the base color I end up getting. Chip Foose did a 67 camaro that was blue, with silver stripes and red pinstriping. It looked awesome! Sorry I can't find a pic. Post pics of yours when it's done, I'd love to see it!

IMO, the red would stand out too much. I wouldn't do it, but it certainly would be different.

Decided to stick with just the black, but I am also blacking out the bow ties as well

i know its late, but i just found this thread, i am also looking for the red pinstripe, i have photoshopped it a million times on my SIM Camaro SS the only problem is actully finding the red pin stripe, but heres some pictures (i also added a black emblem with red outline and red calipers hope u dont mind
