Is the BA sound system interface (radio part) any different from the stock system or is it just the speakers that change?

I think it may just be speakers...and even then the factory amp is a joke...

In my talking with codeman71 he verified that the stereo is the same regardless of the Boston Acoustics package, so it should just be the amp and upgraded speakers.

Does the stock system have a sub? If so, is it any good? Is the BA upgrade worth it?
