New 2012

Any reason to not look at a new 2012 Camaro? It is a Music City Edition 2SS, which I haven't heard of either. The sticker is 41,200 but they won't say what the final price will be. I want to offer $34,000, is this good or what do you think? Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks

From a dealer? If it's new, then there is no reason not too look at it. It will still have a full warranty, but value wise it's a 2012. Which will affect financing and how much you will be required to put down.

I'd be surprised if they went that low, but all they can say is no.

i would offer the 34,000. why do they still have it 2 yrs later? can you imagine their floor planning expenses on that car??? they will beg you to take it, offer the 34, or walk. they need to rid of that car after so long. find out why it not sold though. i would be curious. i am looking at a new 13 2LT vert, black that was built a year ago, but is new with 60 miles. odd that it not sold long ago

The Music City Edition is just a specially badged Camaro done by an independent group that churns out tons of different "special" editions for many different car models. Not GM factory and I don't think that's worth anything from a value or worth perspective. Definitely wouldn't go above the $34k for 2 model years old car.
