Double sided tape

Anybody know what the best way to remove
leftover double sided tape(from GM emblem)
from the Camaro body??

Loosen it up with a hairdryer and then a few squirts of WD-40.

Heat it up with a hair dryer, a little elbow grease with a mild cleaner like a tar and bug remover should get it off. If not, goo gone works well.

goo gone is the way to go, have used it many times. I keep a bottle of it at all times.

I used denatured alcohol to remove the adhesive from the GM and Camaro emblems. Looks much cleaner with all of that plastic junk gone.. JMO.

I would not use WD-40. yes it does work to help remove tape and other adhesives, but its also corrosive to the exterior coating of the car.

Whatever you use, make sure to run a lot of water over the spot to insure that you get all the chemicals from the remover off of your paint.

They also make a stripe off wheel that is like a eraser that will take it off also.
