On Sept. 20 your email said tracking info would be available the middle of next week.

It is now Sept. 30 and I have received nothing. I have called your shop numerous times and no one has answered or returned my calls.

Anyone else have problems with this company's communication?

Everybody is having trouble with Rx right now..just look up the threads

Search is your friend, If you go through the Vendor review section you will see multiple threads with the same issue. They are no longer a vendor on this forum so they will never see this. I would suggest calling your credit card company and dispute the claim to get your money back because you might never see that package.

I had the same problem with them. I just kept emailing and told them there was a specific date I needed my package by and they finally sent it. It took at least a couple of weeks. Just keep hastling them until they finally send it.

Submit a better business bureau claim before you send your credit card dispute.
