I drive around and see a ton of fifth gens here in manhattan. But no clubs or cruises going on. lets see if we can get something going on here. By the way I drive a Imperial blue with yellow stripes always down to stop and talk cars.

Yeah there are a few of us. I only know a few other guys that tend to wave back, but most just look at you weird.

Mine is in my signature, there is a guy with a turbo v6, never met him. There used to be a group of mostly military car guys that would hang out at Walmart but I only went once. And there are a few exchange students at Kstate that drive them too

I'm currently TDY so won't be back in the Manhattan area until Feb but I'm down for a meet up sometime.

Well I'm not in KS anymore but on Friday nights check out best buy around 7-9pm and on Saturday night go to JC they used to meet @ Autozone then Ashly furniture store around 8pm. Seems like now the back parking lots of Walmart like you said.
However it's getting colder @ night so less and less ppl will be out.

I think the guy with the turbo sold his car. He went to my high school and treated his car horribly, showing off everywhere. Looks like he got a turbo BMW now...

FWIW when I was stationed at Ft. Riley I took the drive and hung out with the Kansas City guys. Good group of guys and always a good place to eat around there.

just picked my 2010 SS up yesterday, I'm down to cruise sometime. Are there any good performance shops around here? Looking to throw a cam in soon.

I always go to KC for car shops, never heard of anything too local around here.

Me and the wife have been talking about getting something going in this area. I'm at Ft Riley and we don't really have any fellow Camaro owners to hang out with. I was a member of a rather large f-body club in northern Cali, it was great. That was years ago, I had a '00 WS6 T\A back then...
