V6 Spark Plug Change

I have a 2010 Camaro V6 A6, it has 30k miles on it and was wondering when it would be due for new plugs. I very rarely read the manual and would like some input from fellow V6 guys. Should I change them or not, but if I do what kind of plugs should I get?

Manual says they are good for 100K miles, so they should be good for at least 50K, I would think.

I've bought many new cars, never had a problem with the plugs up to 100K. Always changed them when the manual says. They use platinum tips now that don't wear like the old plugs.

Exception being junk Ford crap that will spit the plugs and threads out on a regular basis. Was riding in a friend's Ford truck once and we heard a tap of something hitting the hood. It was a spark plag shooting out and denting the hood, priceless. He drives a Silverado now.

They are supposed to last till 100K but in my cruze Eco they only lasted 22K before one was completly cracked. Same happened in a friends HHR SS but he was able to get 55K out of them.
