What's The Best Product To Repel Brake Dust?

I have the factory polished aluminum rims on my ZL1. What's the best product to use to repel brake dust?

IMO you cannot repel it. You can change to a less aggressive pad and/or keep your wheels waxed to decrease the cleaning effort. I guess you could get some wheel shields or caliper covers, but that would hide the calipers and I like the way they look. The Camaro is a performance car with a performance brake system. It's just something that has to be dealt with.

Probably not the answer you're looking for but I'll suggest it anyways, ceramic brake pads would be your best bet. JMO

Very true. Although I have ceramic pads on my BRembos now and get almost no visible dust.

One thing I would add is that a good coat of sealant on your wheels will make cleaning the dust off much easier.

I'm not a huge AA fan for most products, but this does work.

http://www.armorall.com/products/wheel-protectant/

NOTE: I have NOT used it on unfinished wheels only Painted and Clear Coated wheels.

I second this. I apply this after every wash with great results.

Thanks - I saw this product but didn't want to purchase it if there was something better.
