i found one comany that sells em shippping at $1.1k
looking at $500 + 2.5% tax at customs. Then TTL. (but you can also get them from Canada) i wont be seriously finding one till end of next summer. as i gotta save the funds. but. for them to be legal. they either have to have been "legalized" (which is 12-20k) or get one that is atleast 25y.o. so in 2014 the 1989 will be legal. and 2015 the 1990 will be legal.

and in Japan they cant use cars past 100,000km so all cars for sale are right around that (50k miles) which these engines are tough as hell. and only like $3k to replace entire engine bay.

Very nice, a R32.
Is it going to be hard register? Or is this going to be a track only car? |

It will be street legal. That's why I have to get an older r32 instead of an r34

The R34s are illegal right? I remember reading about this guy that imported his skyline and put like $50,000 into it and he had to have it crushed ,because it doesn't meet DOT standards, emissions and I think he couldn't legally register the car.... So sad to see these cars crushed :/

There are few r34 that are legal already. Like 40 total. But u can take any of them from any year to motorex and pay like 12-20k and make them US legal. Or if they are a "classic" safety laws do not apply. (As the gt-r has no air bags) and non legal windshield

Yes. That part will be interesting. Not the driving but being backward shifting working pedals

The only vehicle i have seen with right hand steering wheels are the postal jeeps. I guess it can get you experience if you ever move to another country.

I drove a Hummer in Indonesia for the while I was there, and you get used to it. The pedal thing isn't that bad. What really screws with your head is shifting with your left hand.
