Changing oil today, which of these deals?

Pretty decent prices on synthetic/filter combos. Planning a change today, which one of these do you think?

Or if anyone has the inside scoop on any other great deals. I've got Napa, Advance, and Auto Zone all in same range. Pep Boys not super far if the deal is worth it.
