Lifter noise or spark knock - Oil vs Gas??

I have a Dusk Edition with a build date of 10/2012 but bought the car in 10/2013. A few days ago I noticed a ticking/knocking noise coming from the motor when it's under load.

Apparently the dealer never changed the oil (Dexos) before I took delivery so the oil is 1 year old. Because the car only has 425 miles on it even now I was hesitant to change the oil because I didn't know if had "break in" oil or additives.

I put 93 octane in the car but it was probably two weeks ago.

In your opinion do you think the noise is most likely caused by:
1) Old oil - change it.
2) Old gas - fill up with fresh 93 octane
3) Lifter problem - get her to the shop

My dealer is going to do a free oil change next week. I'm hesitant to fill her up since she is a garage queen do to the winter weather. But I could put in some fresh gas and Stabilizer I guess.

Knocking under load can be literally anything from low octane fuel all the way to bad rods/bearings.

I would have the dealer look it over if it was my car.
