tire size question
So this might be a dumb question, but I'm not very knowledgeable about tire sizes. I'm looking to throw some used tires on my stock wheels for the winter and my friend has some that are 245.45.20 all 4 of them. Will they fit on stock ss wheels fine? Any info appreciated. Thank you.

That's the standard recommendation for snow tires.. I've got them on mine now and there's no issues..
