Navigation system errors

My 2013 ss2 convertible's navigation has errors when entering the numeric address. It will not take me to the next screen unless I add a number ( NOT PART OF THE ACTUAL ADDRESS ) to the address number, then, most of the time it will allow me to continue. The problem is, I can't depend on the system to take me to my destination. Does anyone else have this problem?
