Do You Let People Eat In Your Camaro?

Its a silly question but i wanted to see if i'm just anal when it comes to this subject. Long story short my ex girl was accustom to eating in her car (which i have no problem with) but when we started dating every time we went out to get food she would just start eating in the car. the first and second time i let it slide but the third time i was cleaning out the car and i found a french fry on the floor and the door handle was greasy as a mutha! yes i was mad. I dont even eat in my car, matter of fact i don't even buy drinks that cant be closed.(I have a M6 so driving with a open cup is literally a no go lol) so i confronted her about it in nice way annnnnnd she flipped she gave me hell about it but in the end it was mission accomplished I just like my things to last as long as possible so i care for what i have because i am thankful and i know some people dream about what we take lightly. I would think especially when we pay 20-75k for something you want it kept neat and last as long as possible. So my question is.... I'm i going way over the top or does anyone else fell the same way?

Nope! I let them drink. My car gets dirty enough from my dog's hair escaping from her crate.

I eat in it and my wife was nice enough to not fight me on the purchase of my Camaro so she is allowed to eat in it. Anything that we eat in it can easy be vacuumed up, I mean it is a Chevy not a Bentley or multiple $100, 000 car.

My wife and I eat in the other cars but I'm planning on keeping the Camaro food/drink free. Which will be tough since I usually eat my breakfast on the way to work.

well i'm single and I bought this car on my own without anyones permission. To me price really has nothing to do with it, its about keeping your things nice. i could be ocd about the whole thing but i've been like this since day one. it could be my electronics or things around the house.

We eat and drink in all of my cars. There has not been a stain or dirt that I have not been able to get out in any of my cars. I also take my yellow lab with me everywhere I go and he sheds like crazy. I put a blanket down on the backseat so he doesn't scratch the leather and give it a good vacuuming when we get home. I guarantee my cars are cleaner inside then 95% of the Camaros on this forum.

I am not sure what the price of a car has to do with eating in it. If I had a Bentley, or a Ferrari, or a Bugatti Veyron, I sure as heck would be eating in it. Just clean/ vacuum it up if you make a mess.

Do you guys eat in your houses? I know everyone's house cost more than there Camaro and I am sure you eat in there.

No one can smoke in it though. I am good at detailing, but I can't get rid of smoke smell completely!

Oh, H-E-double hockeysticks NO!!!!!!! No eating or drinking in my baby. A bottle of water with a top on it on a long road trip is the only thing permissable.
