curiosity about RPMs
sometimes when i stop at a red light, the rpms would move up and down a litte bit, nothing major the needle just moves to where you can notice it. is that normal i dont think ive seen that before. thaks

I have the same ‘problem’ (if you even want to call it that). At idle I would get an RPM needle bounce. See thread below. One suggestion was to disconnect the battery and then reconnect. Don’t know that will actually do anything, but since the car’s parked right now, I took the battery inside so it won’t die on me in this extreme cold we’re getting here in Canada. Looks like I will know come spring.

I did notice that once I had put my K&N on if you blow into it the idle will change and drop. Almost like the engine is about to stall out. You can tell the engine rhythm changes. Did it start to happen after the intake was put on?
