Jessica,
Thanks for the response I have been using a dealer that is great and is very accommodating I was just curious if anyone else experienced this.
The dealer is Eagle chevy in riverhead ny and this is not the dealer I purchased the car from after the bad experience I had with the sales department and service dept At the dealer I purchased the car from Eagele chevy restored my faith in chevy

Mine has stopped also. It worked last week and it would work with my fob or my iphone with the OnStar app. Now this week I got to start it and the lights flash and I hear a click but nothing. I've tried it 6 times this weekend and still nothing. Weird thing is when I tried the iPhone app I got a message saying it couldn't start the car with the key within the car. Clearly I was standing outside the car with the key in hand. On the app it says its send all signals to the car and then says the car is running or the doors have locked or unlocked, and clearly nothing has transpired.
I'm totally lost on this one. I'm going to try to do a fuse pull, #5 and #20 and allow the car to sit overnight and push them back in and see what happens.
