Window tint and alarms in Davis-Sac area - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Hi guys !

I'm looking for a GOOD or better yet GREAT window tint place and a place to get a ( Viper ? ) alarm put in our new Camaro in the Davis/Woodland/Sacramento area. Does anyone know of a good place that they would recomend ?

For the tinting we are looking at getting the back window and whatever we can for the side windows ( not sure how much we can...).

The alarm needs to be a good one. we don't need the remote start ( 2SS/RS ), but I do like the two way pager system and the tilt sensor, and proximity sensor ... the viper videos I've seen on this site are cool ....

I know it might be a bit far for you but Mid Valley Tint in Turlock does a FANTASTIC job and they will do the side windows--you just have to sign a waiver.

Seriously, thanks for the help. I have been looking in our area and have found a couple of places I want to check out but cannot find any info on them other than their websites..... no online reviews or anything. I really want to know what I'm getting into.

But seriously I so know that is a bit out of your way. That is too bad that you aren't having any luck on finding reviews in your area about the tint shops you have come across...I am HOPING my car comes in next week and when I am there I will ask my tint shop if they know of anyone in the area...and I will let you know. In the meantime good luck with your hunt!

I feel the same way as you--I wouldn't want just anybody working on my baby!
