E-Bay has one for like $450. GM performance website they expecting the 3.91 kit be ready by now to early forth quarter of this year. I'm wanting to do the same thing to mine but not spending $450 and then the warranty will be void and the speedometer be off. GM performance states there kit will not void warranty and will have the means to adjust speedometer without tune. So, I'm waiting for them to get them in stock. Hope this helps.

From what I have heard the 3.91 gear sets are hard to come by right now... I am in the market for a set as well.... Something about the supplier for GM had an issue or what ever.

Hpt will reset you gear ratio and tire height without modifying your tune. So you can buy richmond gears or motive. And if you dont want to screw with warranty just buy a new 1le diff from pace performance and sell yoir current diff.
